I'm so excited to finally be revealing what I'm doing with Carmex as an official Carmex blogger! For those of you who have been following me, you'd know that I studied high school in America. All throughout high school, I didn't really care much about my appearance and had really chapped lips. It was when I decided to use Carmex because it was medicated and has deep penetrating moisturising benefits. 

I love it when a brand I know well & trust approaches me to do something, because I've already pre-established a relationship with them, case in point above. The theme is to display my perfect date night look. 

I know a lot of you will disagree with me on this, but personally, I would not go all out on makeup on date night, just because I want the guy to see me as who I really am, and not what brand of makeup I'm wearing. So the makeup I've opted for today is a MFBB ('My Face But Better') look, with dewy skin, light bronze eyes and natural hair. 

As for the lips, since we all know there will (hopefully) be some lip action going on, I usually would not even bother with lipstick because trust me, things can get messy. Lipgloss is also out because they're sticky and tastes awful. So I've found the perfect balance - Carmex lip balm. They make sure your lips are moisturised, and yet still perfectly kissable. And then I'll add Carmex Moisture Plus in Peach for a little lip colour - it's super sheer so you don't get stains on your teeth! (One of my biggest pet peeves & the reason why I hardly use lipsticks!)
