I recently came across this quote on someone's Instagram account and just fell in love with it. It rings so true to me on so many levels, I decided to use it as my post title today.

My parents went to Newcastle today and I didn't want to join them. I was planning to go to the city to meet a friend for lunch but then decided I was too lazy and wanted to stay home. I've been going out almost everyday since the holidays! I need the rest to make sure I'm in the best form for New Years... ie MY BIRTHDAY! Yay :)

So when I'm stuck at home alone there's usually one thing I'll do... Take outfit pictures! I don't really like taking pictures in front of my parents, mainly because I take my own pics using a tripod and it's awkward.... So I always take advantage of the fact that they're not at home! 

Here's what I'm planning to wear on New Year's Eve, champagne bottle in my hand and I'm ready to celebrate!

Hope you'll be spending it with your loved ones! I know I'm definitely spending it with someone special.. :) Can't wait! 

I'm wearing: We The Hunters mesh singlet top, Country Road scarf, Topshop jersey pencil skirt, Witchery ankle boots, Charles and Keith bag, With Love Kirsten knuckle rings worn as normal rings (I have tiny fingers!)

    Used to love you but I find it very insulting that a commentator would immediately jump to an insulting phrase when something goes wrong and you do not seem to care. As an African-Australian, I'm upset that aleena is using the word nigga or that it is even her first thought when something happens.
