My online blog presence has been noticeably lacking as of late - but if' you've been following closely on Instagram you'd know that I was summering away in the fairyland of Malaysia and Singapore. Singapore was a pleasant trip with a nice (and comforting) meet-up with a few old friends, and Malaysia was just food & shopping heaven. During the two short weeks I was there, I somehow managed to squeeze in a few photoshoots in collaboration with 3 fashion brands, which I can't wait to share with you guys, once the pictures are out!
I have only JUST finished unpacking my suitcase and spring-cleaning my room, inviting the new semester of Uni to begin. Hence finally updating my blog (#8 on my never-ending To Do List).
I haven't been studying much last semester, since starting my new Fashion and Beauty Society (FABSOC) at University of Sydney has taken up a lot of my time. I wasn't entirely satisfied with my effort- I could have done so much better, and I felt that I was slacking too much.
So this semester I'm planning to start afresh, catch up on my studies while at the same time be organized and neat. I have also just recently sorted out my wardrobe (read: thrown out all the old clothes that I haven't been wearing for the past 6 months) and rearranged some of the furnitures in my bedroom. My writing desk now faces the window (which is so nice!) and I have cleared out a corner in my room to hold (and subsequently display) all my beauty/skincare products! I call it my personal shrine haha.
Let me know if any of you want to see my newly revamped wardrobe and makeup display! I'm excited to share with you, yet a bit shy to share such an intimate thing to the world (sort of like a mini room tour?).
Comment away please! Don't be bashful! :)
Anyway, onto my outfit: I realized I haven't brought this baby out in a while. Sometimes it sucks because I'm so afraid to scratch it that I don't bring it out much at all. Nevertheless, it serves as a nice ornament on next to all my other shoes on display. Such a lovely bag that it doesn't require much dressing up at all; in fact, I'm wearing my winter uniform. My bag dressed me up. I just got up-dressed. By an inanimate object. Pathetic.
On another note, I think the last picture looks too plain. I think Ms Alma needs a nice guy to hang out with. Something along the lines of a Louis Vuitton bag charm installation. But her new friend would set me back $490. Is it worth it? What do you think?
